Discussion groups
Our discussion groups are offered by videoconference
Five meetings between people working in a veterinary environment who are experiencing similar difficulties or share a common interest.
Length of meetings: 90 minutes
Frequency: once a week for 5 weeks
Maximum number of participants: 5 (these are closed groups; once the activity has begun, no new participants can join).
Cost: $135
Meetings are supervised by a social worker or a specialized veterinarian. Each week, the group is invited to reflect on the theme of the meeting, using open-ended questions formulated for sharing and reflection.
Why should I join a discussion group?
Joining one of our discussion groups means choosing not to face obstacles alone. It’s also an opportunity to discover new perspectives, learn from the experiences of others, and strengthen your resilience. Together, we move forward!
The facilitator plays a crucial role. While the group relies on mutual sharing and support between participants, we ensure that the group runs smoothly in a safe, respectful and supportive environment.
Come and share your thoughts, emotions and hopes with people who understand you. You’re welcome, and every step of the way counts.
We look forward to welcoming you!
